Welcome to Reimbursement Assistant ("the Service", operated by FLUXA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is an intelligent expense reimbursement platform for businesses, offering expense submission, AI receipt recognition, approval workflows, payouts, and an open API for AI agents.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password and API keys secure. Actions taken through your account or keys are deemed authorized by you or your company. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: submitting forged receipts or fraudulent expense claims, accessing data without authorization, disrupting the Service, or circumventing rate limits or security controls.
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
Outputs of AI features such as receipt recognition and compliance checks are assistive and may contain errors. Submitters and approvers remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of reimbursement data.
Payouts are executed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of payout account details; losses caused by incorrect details are borne by the party that provided them. Settlement times depend on the payment provider.
Reimbursement data you submit belongs to you or your company. The software, interface, and documentation of the Service are the intellectual property of FLUXA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. We recommend keeping your own backups of important financial records.
We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the date above; material changes will be announced separately. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time, and we may terminate service for serious violations of these terms.
